SHIPPING

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.00 per order within the United States.  We mail out our orders as First Class Mail, which does not come with any insurance. 

We do not guarantee delivery dates.  The U.S. Postal Service has most shipments delivered in 3-5 days.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  This tracking number can then be used to track the status of your package on USPS.com.  

Once your order is picked up and/or completed, we are no longer liable for lost, stolen or damaged purchases. Once your order is shipped with USPS, we are no longer responsible for any shipping issues or lost packages, etcetera, as we have no control over the services of USPS. 

If you would like to add insurance for your order it is an additional $3.00.

All packages shipping to Guam will have an added $3.00 handling fee.

 

STORE PICKUP

In addition to shipping, you also have the option to pick up your online order in person at our Pearlridge location, free of charge. To do so, enter the coupon code "mallpickup" at checkout and your shipping will be $0.

We will email you once your order is ready for pick up.

We are located in Pearlridge's Mauka side, the side with Macy's and TJ Maxx, on the 1st Floor right next to Hot Dog on a Stick. Click here for official store hours and store details.

 

 RETURNS

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on customized name items (Hand Stamped Bangles, Stamped Bar Necklaces, Stamped Rings, or Script Name Necklaces) so please be sure to correctly measure yourself or whoever the bangles or rings are for before placing an order. Mahalo nui loa! 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders typically take 10-14 days after purchase date to be available in store for store pickup or to be ready to be shipped out. Once the order is placed online, it is not able to be changed or adjusted. All custom orders are final sale, mahalo!

 

FIVE STAR POINTS

FiveStar Points and Discounts earned in store are not applicable to online purchases, nor do online purchases add points to your FiveStar account. FiveStar is an in-store rewards program only. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates purchased via sweetokolejewelry.com can only be used for our online store. Gift cards purchased in person at our Pearlridge store can only be used in store.
